You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

This clause is crucial to safeguard North Road AI against any unwarranted claims or legal actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless North Road AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another. This provision is in place to protect the integrity of North Road AI and its leadership.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and North Road AI regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to such use.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
